Terms and Conditions

50% of all booked recording and production sessions. All deposits are non-refundable, but can be used towards a future session on request, subject to the the session date being within reasonable time.

A notice of 1 day is required for every hour booked. For example, cancelling a 2 hour booking would require a notice of two days. If the required cancellation notice is not given by the customer, the whole payment may be forfeited.

If Mass Transit Is Suspended, customers can reschedule their booking, but not cancel. Once the rescheduling Is made, no further changes can occur.

Clients are required to check and read their confirmation emails and inform us immediately of any discrepancies.

Credit Card payments have a 5% additional charge. Stated rate card Is cash or check discount price.

Groups of more than five people , have a surcharge of at least 1 additional hour for clean up at the Studio’s discretion.

Unauthorized removal of WhatStudio property will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

- No smoking anywhere on the premises

- Do not block garages with your car

- Ensure you're shoes are clean upon entry

- Please clean your own mess

- Wash up kitchen crockery and cutlery after use

- Switch devices to airplane mode during tracking and streaming

- Do not move equipment without authorisation

- Do not wear heels on green screen floor

- Keep noise to a minimum in green room

- Dispose of own food in kitchen bin
